Ignite Your Vision
Do you have a vision and need help creating the plan to reach it? Whether it is a new business, community initiative, collaboration or business growth, Heather can assist with an assessment, timeline, task creation and project management; all of this to help your vision become a reality.
Ignite Special Projects
Sometimes important projects are put aside because staff lacks the capacity to manage them. Contracting short-term, knowledgeable help to manage or coordinate could be the answer. Maybe it is organizing a special event, brainstorming new ideas, analyzing systems for efficiency, or staff/customer appreciation assistance; no matter the need, Heather is willing to discuss the project to see if her strengths are a good fit to help.

Ignite Efficient Systems
Do you feel your processes should be improved to become more efficient? Or maybe you need some policies and procedures created or reviewed to assist with operations. Heather can use her organizational skills and attention to detail to help in these areas.

Employees must understand the culture of the business to include values, priorities and expectations in order to become empowered and make decisions based on the core principals of the business. Heather can meet with the management team to lead in the creation of a powerful, yet short and sweet, employee training manual that will capture the culture of your organization, help current employees be engaged in the business and use their knowledge to train future employees.

Kelly Hart, Executive Director
Heather was instrumental in guiding our Board of Directors through an annual plan as a facilitator. During the pre-planning process, Heather asked questions to help me as the Executive Director look at the big picture. She spent time researching items of importance to our organization and shared what she learned. Heather kept us on task and helped us identify priorities, goals and action items, along with implementation steps and timelines. I highly recommend Heather to help accomplish organizational goals.
